3.2 Delivery & Risk of Loss

Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been delivered to the address provided by you. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, you should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide reasonable assistance in helping you file a claim, but we are not liable for any losses.

After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the shipping carrier's website.

4. Returns & Exchanges

You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged women's clothing items (with all original tags and packaging intact) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange. Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" on the product page) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@modeeas.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s). Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of processing. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible, with no additional shipping fees for the exchanged item (if applicable).
